"de Kok Staalbouw BV" is a company that was founded in 1930, located at the adress : Bergsebaan 67 at Heerle and is, up until today still located in this village in the south of the Netherlands ( Near "Roosendaal" and near "Bergen op zoom".)

That "de Kok Staalbouw" 's quality is appreciated all over the world might be shown by the fact that, for instance,

QATAR PETROLEUM in Qatar has chosen our company for the supply and erection of their new shipyard in Ras Laffan.

This project contains approximatly 11.400 tonnes of steel structures and appr. 100.000 meter'2's of roof- and wall claddings, as well as  appr. 4.500 meter2's of large sliding and roller shutter doors.

Thanks to approximatly 76 years of experience and due to the continous improvement of our production processes we are able to completely produce all sorts of steelstructures.

Our department "designing" has several software programs available ( such as "Strucad", "Autocad" ) that can produce all data to directly manage our CNC driven production machinery.

In our workshop ( which covers approximatly 16.000 meter2 )  some 100 skilled craftsmen are working every day, always ready to improve our production facilities.

All steelstructures which we fabricate are then coated within our own company-facilities.

After that proces our own personel will erect the steelstructures at your site.

The Royal Schelde / Damen Shipyards in Vlissingen - East

This steelstructure has a length of appr. 270 meter's

The total width is appr. 80 meter's

The total hight is appr. 55 meter's

The total weight of the steelstructure is 3.500 tonnes

It has been built over a dock with a depth of 15 meter's

Inside 2 hoisting cranes were installed with a liftingcapacity of 75 tonnes eech

The total planning for the erection was finished within 16 weeks

All these activities are strongly checked by our ISO-9001 quality control system.

And all activities on the erection site will be checked with our VCA ** system.

 Our company has specialized itsself into 3 main groups of product, being :

- Utility-buildings / Steelstructues including the roof- and wallcladdings for factories, hospitals, school. shops etc. etc

- Hoisting Cranes / Complete selfsupporting and automotive cranes for handling large and heavy products

- road- and waterconstructions / Floating Jetty's, Ducdalves, Mooring-heads, Walkways and platforms etc.
