The Mayor in Amstelveen

The former office building of KPMG is being transformed into luxurious apartments, penthouses and town houses by the De Nijs / UBA construction combination. De Kok Staalbouw is responsible for the realization of all structural steel involved. The first phase of the transformation started in August 2020, De Kok Staalbouw commenced the structural assembly by the end of December. During this first phase, a total of 600 tonnes of steel will be incorporated in various support structures and the first 3 penthouses. The steel construction of the entire transformation project consists of an amount of 1.800 tonnes of steel.
