250 Tonnes Lifting capacity - Haizea Wind Bilbao

De Kok Staalbouw is currently producing the 6 overhead cranes, each with a lifting capacity of 250 tonnes and a span of 56 metres, for the Haizea Wind Group project in Bilbao.

The challenge of this project lies within the transportation of the girders, each weighing 100 tonnes, which will be transported in one piece from Heerle to Bilbao.

The cranes will be used in the production of a wide range of offshore wind turbines. Assembly in mid-August 2023 and January 2024. Stay tuned!
