Gantry crane Zietzschmann Neuss in Düsseldorf

Last week, the production of this gantry crane, weighing 300 tonnes was completed and the structure, including cabin, whinch and drives was transported from our factory in Heerle to our eastern neighbors. This week the assembly and commissioning team of De Kok Staalbouw started the assembly of the crane’s three large sections. This massive machine with a length of 100 meters and free height under the hook of 18 meters, will be used for trimodal handling at the general cargo terminal in Düsseldorf. It is expected to be operational at the end of this month.
