Tripolis-Park

In the beginning of 2020, De Kok Staalbouw became part of the construction team for the redevelopment and new construction of Tripolis Park on the Amsterdam Zuidas. This eleven floor high ‘’landscaper’’ has a total floor space of approx. 50.000 m². The office building will be built next to and partly over the already existing Tripolis towers and will have a construction time of approx. 2,5 years. Because of the complexity, De Kok Staalbouw became involved as a partner at an early stage of the project. De Kok Staalbouw will be responsible for the conceptualization, design, fabrication and erection of the steel construction (3800 tonnes), the steel plate floors, stairs and the mounting of the concrete floor elements.
