New year, new progress

We have started the new year with finalization of the pipe racks and towers constructed at the lay-down area of the BASF project in Antwerp. The racks and towers, of which the 2 largest racks, measure 89 meters times 6 meters (width) times 9 meters (height), are having a weight of approx. 450 tonnes. They now are ready for the installation of the equipment and kilometers of cable, ducts and pipes. In March we will transport the bridges in 4 modules, using SPMTs, to their final location. Heavy cranes will subsequently lift the bridge-sections to their final positions at an elevation of approx. 18 meters.

Steel constructions work al all main buildings has now been completed and our teams will continue installation of the remaining 500 tonnes of various secondary buildings.
